A leading provider of healthcare software selected HMG for business advisory services with an emphasis on operational and business improvement. The engagement focused on a review of customer touch points across the client's Products Group, Remote Hosting Technology Center and Outsourcing Business. The client's primary objective was to improve the 'customer experience' when interacting with the healthcare software organization. In addition to this critical objective, HMG identified efficiencies that could be gained through re-engineering and redesign of the first line support to customers.
