HMG BECOMES A GOLD SPONSOR OF HIMSS

RECENT HMG TRANSATIONS IN 2009

The Huntzinger Management Group (HMG) experienced significant growth in 2009, as a result of HMG's reputation of enhancing business results by delivering executable solutions and strategies, some of our key engagements include:

  • Signed a contract with a prestigious east coast academic medical center to perform an enterprise wide IT assessment and to refine their IT strategy
  • Entered into an agreement with a New England based community medical center to project manage the implementation of an upgrade to MEDITECH 6.0
  • Conducted an independent technology platform review and high level business assessment of a potential acquisition for a south western venture capital company
  • Entered into a full business assessment, restructuring and repositioning agreement with a mid-western software company. The assessment focused on strategy, marketing and operations improvement with HMG assisting in the implementation of the transformation
  • Completed a comprehensive e-health market and segmentation study for a healthcare services and software company, redirecting the deployment of the company's people and resources
  • Entered into an engagement with a large northeastern medical center to evaluate the performance of their IT outsourced vendor and their IT future direction
  • Assumed responsibility for IT leadership for a New England healthcare system, through a long term arrangement for office of the CIO, program management office and key project managers
  • Facilitated a partner strategy session resulting in a partnership structure for a mid west technology based services company
  • Assumed responsibility for IT leadership and lead the evaluation and selection of a new ambulatory EMR solutions for an east coast community medical center
