Program Management Office (PMO) & Project Management - HMG focuses on identification, coordination and management of key strategic projects through development and implementation of a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) resulting in attainment of strategic business objectives and goals. Our approach ensures that appropriate processes and communication protocols are established to mitigate risk and deliver results. Our PMO processes and procedures include:

• Standard methodology: A consistent set of tools and processes for projects. The key to implementation provides a basis for measuring performance and can act as a communication and training vehicle for developing project skills.
• Resource assessment evaluation and management: The initial assessment of resources will include people, money, infrastructure, and time.
